Logistics Administration Officer in Surabaya Area Key Responsibilities Create and send local Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers accurately and on time.Follow up and ensure completeness of billing documents (Invoice, Tax Invoice, signed PO).Record incoming goods and update inventory data.Process supplier invoicing in the AX system.Check and verify stock reports regularly.Manage inventory transactions (transfer orders, repacking, samples, adjustments).Maintain accurate data and proper documentation.Input new item and vendor information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, IT, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).Good English communication; Mandarin is a plus.Experience in Purchasing or Inventory is an advantage.Familiar with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
