Logistics Administration Officer

in Surabaya Area

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send local Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers accurately and on time.

  • Follow up and ensure completeness of billing documents (Invoice, Tax Invoice, signed PO).

  • Record incoming goods and update inventory data.

  • Process supplier invoicing in the AX system.

  • Check and verify stock reports regularly.

  • Manage inventory transactions (transfer orders, repacking, samples, adjustments).

  • Maintain accurate data and proper documentation.

  • Input new item and vendor information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, IT, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Good English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Experience in Purchasing or Inventory is an advantage.

  • Familiar with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
