  • Manage office stationery (ATK) supplies

  • Maintain office and warehouse pantry stock

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

  • Age between 23 – 28 years old

  • Well-groomed and professional appearance

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Product Sourcing & Research: Identifying and vetting potential new suppliers and vendors that align with the company's trading needs.

  • Negotiation: Negotiating favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value for the organization.

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management: Creating, issuing, and tracking POs to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

  • Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Tracking inventory levels to ensure the company remains stocked for customer demand without overstocking.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong professional ties with vendors to ensure supply reliability.

  • Quality Control: Inspecting received goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with company standards or client specifications.

  • Cost & Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and comparing vendor quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain competitive pricing.

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with delivery teams and warehouse staff to ensure stock arrives at the correct location on time.

Essential Skills for Trading

  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Essential for "cracking deals" and securing favorable contract terms.

  • Analytical Thinking: Needed to assess costs, margins, and complex supplier offers.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP tools like Microsoft Dynamic AX, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel for tracking and data entry.

  • Market Knowledge: An understanding of industry trends to make sound purchasing decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Mandarin will considered an advantage.
